Account misuse: This includes posting illegal content, sending spam, or having multiple accounts.

Harassment or inappropriate behaviour: Do not use Floofy Messages or other communication methods to harass, belittle, or abuse anyone you meet through Floofy.

Offline payments: All payments for pet care arranged through Floofy must be made on our platform. Encouraging others to pay outside of Floofy could result in account deactivation.
