You can leave detailed feedback after each booking using a simple form.

After a booking ends, Floofy will send you an email reminding you to leave feedback. You’ll also be notified when the pet owner leaves a review for you. Both you and the pet owner have 3 weeks to leave feedback. You won’t see each other’s feedback until either the window closes, or both of you submit feedback.

Public feedback is shown on the pet’s profile and can be seen by you, the pet owner, and other carers the owner contacts.

How to Leave Feedback

  1. Open the booking from the Past Stays section of your inbox.
  2. Select “Leave feedback.”
  3. Complete the forms for the pet and/or pet owner, then choose “Save”.

FAQs

Where can I see this feedback?

You can view feedback from other carers and feedback you’ve left on the pet’s profile.

Open the booking, then click on the pet’s profile under the pet owner’s name.

Your feedback helps other carers get useful insights into the pet and owner, making it easier to decide if they’re a good match.

Can I edit feedback after submitting it?

You can edit your feedback up to 3 weeks after the booking ends, or until the pet owner leaves a review, whichever comes first. Contact Floofy Support if you need help.

Private Feedback

Some sections are marked as “Private Feedback,” which won’t be visible to the pet owner.

Report Issues

This feedback feature isn’t a replacement for the “Report” function. If you face any safety concerns, report them to Floofy right away.
