You can view the reviews or testimonials from pet owners or friends directly on your public profile. Here’s how:

  1. Sign in to your Floofy account on a computer or mobile browser.
  2. Go to your Dashboard by clicking your name in the top right corner.
  3. Select View Profile on the upper left side.
  4. Scroll down below your gallery photos to see the reviews and testimonials left by pet owners.

Sometimes, the number of reviews might be higher than the written ones on your profile. This is because pet owners can leave a star rating without writing a review, but these still count towards your overall rating.
