How carer profiles are displayed

There isn’t a fixed “ranking” for carers. The order of carer profiles is tailored to each search, aiming to show carers who are a good fit for that particular request.

For example, two different pet owners in the same area might see a different set or order of carers depending on their individual preferences and needs. If you search in your area while logged in, your profile won’t appear. To see your profile in search results, log out and search without filters or using filters that match your preferences and availability.
