Here is how you can easily update the email address linked to your Floofy account if you’re a pet owner or a carer:
- Sign in to your Floofy account, then click on the Profile icon on the top right of the screen and on Account in the dropdown menu.
- Select the Profile info tile and scroll down to the section titled Your email address and change the email address.
- Enter your new email address, then select Save. A confirmation email will be sent to your new email address. Note: If you can’t access the email address you used to create your account, please contact Floofy Support.
- Check your new email for a verification message, and click the link inside to confirm the email address change. That’s it! Your email address will now be updated.
