How Do I Change My Account Email Address?

Here is how you can easily update the email address linked to your Floofy account if you’re a pet owner or a carer:

Sign in to your Floofy account, then click on the Profile icon on the top right of the screen and on Account in the dropdown menu.
Select the Profile info tile and scroll down to the section titled Your email address and change the email address.
Enter your new email address, then select Save. A confirmation email will be sent to your new email address. Note: If you can’t access the email address you used to create your account, please contact Floofy Support.
Check your new email for a verification message, and click the link inside to confirm the email address change. That’s it! Your email address will now be updated.
