Keep your availability and pet-care preferences up to date to attract the right pet owners. Here’s how to manage your availability and update your preferences:
Updating Your Availability
- Click on your profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select Calendar.
- On your calendar, you can: For more details on how to edit your calendar, check out this article.
- Change the days you’re available for each service.
- Mark days when you’re on holiday or unavailable.
- Set yourself as ‘Away’ or only accept repeat clients:
- Sign in to your Floofy account, then go to the Service Management page.
- Toggle the Away button for the services you want to pause.
- Save your changes.
Editing Pet Care Preferences
To get more relevant booking requests, you can update your pet care preferences:
- Maximum number of pets you can care for each day.
- Pet size preferences.
- Whether you offer cat care or puppy care (for dogs under 1 year old).
- Your cancellation policy.
How to Update Your Preferences:
- Go to your profile and choose the service you want to update.
- Set your preferences for the number of pets, availability, and other options.
- Click Save when you’re done.
