A rate is the price you charge pet owners for a service you offer through Floofy. You can manage these rates directly from your carer profile.

Note: For information on how to update rates for a specific booking, please check the relevant article.

  1. Sign in to your Floofy account, then click here to manage your rates.
  2. Choose the service you want to change the rates for and enter your new rates.
  3. To update special rates for holidays, additional pets, extended stays, puppies, cat care, and more, click on Show additional rates.
  4. Enter your rates for each additional service.
  5. When you’re done, scroll to the bottom and click Save. Your new rates will apply to all future bookings.

Please note that any bookings confirmed before the rate change will still be at the original rate at the time of booking.
