Payments for completed bookings are automatically available in your Floofy account 2 days after completing a service. You’ll receive the money within 3-5 working days after you transfer the payment into your bank account.

Adding Your Bank Details

If you haven’t added your bank details to your Floofy account yet, here’s how:

On the Website

  1. Go to the Payments section of your Account.
  2. Select “Add Bank Account”.
  3. Enter your bank details and identification information.

On the Mobile browser

  1. Tap the Profile icon in the bottom right corner.
  2. Tap Account and then Payments.
  3. Select Payout Methods.
  4. Tap Add a bank account.
  5. Enter your bank details.
  6. Tap Submit once you’re done.

How Payments Are Processed

Two days after completing a service, the funds will appear in the Floofy Balance section of your account. Our payment processor, Stripe, will automatically transfer the money to your bank via direct deposit. This usually takes 1-2 business days, depending on your bank.

Once the funds are transferred, you’ll see a “Fulfilled” status under the Withdrawals tab in your payment history. Most banks process the payment as soon as they receive it, but it can take up to 5 working days in some cases.

Important: Always book and get paid through Floofy. Accepting cash or cheques is against our Terms of Service and could lead to fraud, account suspension, and losing Floofy’s support and guarantees.
