You can set extra rates for additional pets or special services during a booking. This guide explains these two types of rates and how to manage them on your Floofy carer profile.

Additional Pet Rates

If you’re caring for more than one pet in a household, you can set specific rates for this. You can set separate rates for additional pets.

If you haven’t set additional pet rates, the rate will match your base rate for that service. You can change these rates anytime to offer different pricing for multiple pets.

Add-on Rates

Here’s a list of extra services you can set rates for, depending on what you offer:

  • Holiday Rate: Nightly rate during holidays.
  • Puppy Care: For puppies up to 1 year old.

To remove an add-on service, simply delete the rate next to it, and it will no longer show on your profile.

How to Set Additional Rates

To add these services to your profile, you can manually set a rate for each service you offer.

  • Log into your Floofy account and go to the Rates Management page.
  • Under each service, select Show additional rates.
  • Enter the rates for the extra services you want to offer. Leave the box blank for services you don’t offer.
  • Scroll down and select Save.

If a pet owner wants to see a breakdown of your extra services, they can click Additional Services & Rates at the bottom of your profile.
