You can easily update the services you offer, either by changing them, turning them off temporarily, or removing them altogether.

Want to take a break?

If you need a temporary break, simply turn on Away mode. Here’s how to manage your services

Modifying Services

Sign in to your Floofy account and go to the Service Management page.
To make a service unavailable for both new and repeat pet owners, switch the toggle from right to left (it will turn white).
If you want to hide the service from new pet owners but still allow repeat bookings, use the Away setting. Switch the toggle from left to right (it will turn grey).
Select Save to apply your changes.

If you no longer want to offer any pet care services but still want to keep your Floofy account as a pet owner, you can deactivate all services.

Note: If you decide to return to offering services, you’ll need to contact Floofy Support to reactivate them.

Go to each service and turn the Active toggle to white. A pop-up will ask you to confirm.
Select Confirm to deactivate the service.
