The Payment History section of your Floofy account lets you easily track and review payments for past bookings. Here’s how to view your payment history:

  1. Click your name in the upper right corner of the screen and select Dashboard from the dropdown menu.
  2. From your dashboard, click View Payments & Promo Codes.

Your payment history is organised into six sections, with a full list of payments or bookings sorted by date:

  • Earnings: Payments for completed bookings.
  • Pending Earnings: Current or upcoming bookings that haven’t been paid yet.
  • Payouts: Funds that have been transferred to your bank account.
  • Payments: Payments for your own pets cared for by a Floofy carer.
  • Payment Issues: For pet owners only, showing any payment problems for pending bookings.
  • Other: Includes promos and other account charges.

On the right side, you’ll also see your wallet balance, upcoming earnings, processing payments, and withdrawal history.
