To get requests that are a better match for you, it’s helpful to set your pet and booking preferences. Here’s what you can specify in your account
- The maximum number of pets you’re comfortable caring for each day.
- Your preferences for pet size.
- Whether you offer services for dogs, cats or other pets.
- Whether you offer services for puppies (dogs up to 1 year old).
- Your cancellation policy.
To manage your pet preferences from a computer
- Go to your profile and select the service you want to change.
- Choose how many pets you can care for at once, whether you’ll care for dogs, cats or other pets, or adjust your availability and cancellation policy.
- Click Save when you’re done.
To manage your pet preferences from mobile
- Tap on Your Profile icon, then select Service settings.
- Choose the service you want to change.
- Decide how many pets you can care for, if you’ll care for dogs, cats or other pets, or adjust your availability and cancellation policy.
- Tap Save when finished.
