The “Away” mode on Floofy lets you pause one or more services temporarily. When you set a service to Away, it won’t appear in search results, making it perfect for when you’re on a break and can’t respond to new pet owners.

How to Set Services to Away

  1. Sign in to your Floofy account and go to the service management page.
  2. Select the service you want to hide and toggle it to Away. Note: Previous pet owners can still book with you when you’re set to Away. To fully hide a service from everyone (new and repeat customers), toggle off the Active setting.
  3. Scroll down and click Save.

Additional Info:

If you often don’t accept booking requests for dates when you’re marked as available, your services may be automatically set to Away. Keep your calendar up to date to avoid this.
