Changes to your cancellation policy will only apply to new bookings, not existing ones. Here’s how to update your policy:
- Go to your Account by clicking your Profile icon in the top right corner of the screen and selecting Account.
- Select the Carer info tile.
- Select the Booking policy tile.
- Choose your preferred cancellation policy.
- Click Save to confirm your changes.
