Changes to your cancellation policy will only apply to new bookings, not existing ones. Here’s how to update your policy:

  1. Go to your Account by clicking your Profile icon in the top right corner of the screen and selecting Account.
  2. Select the Carer info tile.
  3. Select the Booking policy tile.
  4. Choose your preferred cancellation policy.
  5. Click Save to confirm your changes.
