Is my carer profile approved?

Find out how to check if your carer profile is approved on Floofy, including email notifications and dashboard status updates.

Floofy will send you an email once your profile has been approved, but you can also check its status in a few other ways:

When you log into your Floofy account on a computer or mobile browser, and your profile has recently been approved, you’ll see a banner confirming it’s live. This banner will disappear after a few weeks.

View profile

You can also check if your profile is approved by following these steps:

Log into your Floofy account on a computer or mobile browser.
Go to your Dashboard by selecting your name in the top right corner of the screen.
Select View Profile in the upper left corner.

If your profile is approved, you’ll see a message saying it’s live.

If your profile isn’t approved yet, you’ll see “Coming Soon” under your name.
