Holidays can be a busy time for both carers and pet owners, so Floofy allows you to raise your rates during the holiday season. Here’s what you need to know:

How holiday rates work
When a booking overlaps with a holiday, the holiday rate applies to the first pet for the entire booking.
For example, if Easter 2026 is from 3 – 6 April, and you get a request for 4 – 7 April for two pets, the holiday rate will apply to the first pet for all four nights.

Setting holiday rates
- Check what other carers in your area are charging during holidays to get an idea of competitive pricing.
- Many carers set their holiday rates 10–20% higher than their usual rates.
If you don’t want to set a holiday rate, just leave the rate blank, and Floofy will use your regular rate for holiday bookings.
