Testimonials are a great way to show your experience with pets and make your profile stand out to potential pet owners. You can ask friends, family, or anyone you’ve cared for pets before to write one for you.

When you sign up as a carer, you’ll need to request testimonials. Once your profile is approved, they’ll appear on your public profile. The more testimonials you have, the better, as they help build trust and attract new clients.

Here’s how to request a testimonial

  1. Go to your Profile by selecting your name in the top right corner.
  2. Click on Request Testimonials.
  3. Enter the email addresses of people you’d like to ask for a testimonial.
  4. Select Save & Continue to send your requests.

Floofy Tip: Make sure there are no spaces after the email address, or you might see an error message.
