At Floofy, we want everyone to experience the joy of pets. Our service fees help us provide a safe, reliable platform with dedicated customer support and tools to keep improving. These fees also cover the Floofy Guarantee, which helps protect pets.

For Pet Owners

When you book a carer, you’ll see a 15% service fee added at checkout. This fee won’t be more than €49 per booking.

The fee supports Floofy’s operating costs and is refundable if the booking is cancelled by either the carer or the pet owner, according to the cancellation policy. If the booking dates change, the fee will be adjusted accordingly.

Keep in mind, the price you see on the carer’s profile includes the service fee they pay.

For Carers

Carers take home 85% of their earnings from each booking.

Note: Take-home rates may vary depending on the country you’re in and when your Floofy profile was approved. If you move countries, your take-home percentage will be adjusted to match the new country’s rates. The date of your move will be considered the new “Profile approval date.” Contact Floofy Support for more info if you’re moving countries.

Information About VAT

If you’re not registered for VAT, the service fees will include VAT, and Floofy will handle payment to the tax authorities. If you are VAT-registered, the fees exclude VAT, and you’re responsible for reporting it.
