What the Numbers Tell Pet Owners

Response Rate: This shows how often you reply to initial requests within 24 hours.

  • It’s calculated from your 10 most recent requests received in the last six months.
  • A 100% response rate means you replied within 24 hours to each of your last 10 requests.
  • You’re more than twice as likely to get a booking if you reply within an hour of receiving a request.

Note: If you receive duplicate requests from the same pet owner, make sure to respond to all of them as they count toward your response rate.

Response Time: This measures how quickly you respond to new requests on average.

  • It’s based on your 10 most recent requests.
  • Responding within 15 minutes is a great way to improve this statistic.
  • Enable SMS notifications or use the Floofy app with push notifications to respond faster.

Repeat Pet Owners: This measures how many pet owners have booked with you more than once.
