Although we hope it never happens, if there’s an emergency like an injured, sick, or lost pet, contact the Floofy’s Trust & Safety team to report it immediately so we can assist you quickly.
Tip: To prevent some situations from becoming emergencies, keep updated records of the pet’s medical history, vaccinations, diet, and special needs. Do an introductory meeting before the booking to discuss this important information.
