Keeping your calendar updated is key to managing your pet care services on Floofy. The “Confirmed Availability” feature reassures pet owners that your calendar is accurate, making them more confident in booking with you. When you confirm your availability, a banner appears in search results, showing pet owners that you’re genuinely available to care for their pets.

How It Works

On your Floofy Dashboard, you can easily view your availability for the next two weeks:

  • Blue dates: You’re available for at least one service.
  • Grey dates: You’re unavailable for all services.

When you select Confirm Availability, your profile will be highlighted with a “Confirmed Availability” banner in search results. Pet owners will also see when you last confirmed your availability on your profile, making you stand out.

Benefits

Confirming your availability means you’ll receive requests you’re more likely to accept, saving time on handling requests you can’t accommodate.

Editing Your Availability

You can update your availability for the next two weeks right from your Dashboard.

To mark yourself as available: Select the grey date you want to update, and it will turn blue. Then select Confirm Availability to save the change.

To mark yourself as unavailable: Select the blue date you want to update, and it will turn grey. Then select Confirm Availability to save the change.
