Floofy’s Feedback Policy

You can leave feedback for every booked service on Floofy, usually after the care has been provided. We take claims of mistreatment or harmful actions very seriously. Reviews that include such claims may lead to an investigation by our support team.

We do not allow:

  • Feedback that does not reflect personal experiences.
  • Content that violates someone’s rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights (e.g., sharing someone’s full name, address, or other personal details without permission).
  • Threats, especially illegal ones.
  • Content that is unrelated to the service (e.g., political, religious, or discriminatory comments).
  • Content used for extortion.
  • Obscene language.

Floofy encourages open communication and generally does not censor, edit, or delete feedback. However, we reserve the right to remove any feedback or responses that violate this policy or Floofy’s Terms of Service.
