Our Trust & Safety team is always available to help you through any situation and answer your questions. If needed, they can also connect you with expert vet nurses for advice during a booking.

We also recommend contacting the pet’s owner immediately. If they’re not available, try their emergency contact. Since the owner knows their pet best, they can offer useful guidance.

Tip: Before the booking, create a care plan with the owner that includes their emergency vet details. This helps ensure a safe and stress-free experience.
