We know plans can change, even after you’ve started a conversation. That’s why it’s easy to edit booking dates and the number of walks or drop-ins per day, both before and after you book!

Before Booking

On the Website

  • Go to your Inbox by selecting the conversation icon in the top right corner.
  • Click on the Pending Requests tab and select the right conversation.
  • Find the grey request details box on the left side and click Modify request.
  • Make your changes and click the green Submit changes button to save.

On the Mobile Web

  • Open the request.
  • Tap the green Modify button.
  • Make your changes and tap Save.

Note: To change the number of walks or drop-ins per day, use your mobile browser or a computer.

After Booking

If you need to make changes after confirming the booking, contact your carer via Floofy Messages to see if they can help. If they agree, they can update the booking from their account.

Once your carer makes the changes, you’ll need to confirm the updates to finalize the booking.

Customizing the Number of Drop-Ins or Walks for Specific Days

For example, if you’ve booked 1 walk a day for a week, but you need 2 walks on Sunday and Monday, your carer can adjust the number of walks/drop-ins for those specific days.

First, check with your carer to confirm they are available. If they agree, you’ll need to confirm the booking so they can make the changes.

After they make the changes, you’ll need to review and confirm the updates from your account.
