How Feedback Works

  • You and your carer have 21 days after a booking ends to give feedback.
  • You won’t see their feedback, and they won’t see yours until both are submitted or the time window closes.
  • Your review will appear on the carer’s profile, while the carer’s feedback will be sent to you via email and shown on your pet’s profile for future carers to see.
