If you want to update your account photos, you can do this directly from your Floofy profile. Here we’ll explain how to:

  • Update your profile photo
  • Delete pet profile photos

We encourage pet carers to keep pet owners updated with photos during each booking.

Update Your Profile Photo

Your account must have a profile photo. Instead of deleting it, you can update it with a new one. Here’s how:

  • Click on your Profile icon in the upper right corner, then select Account.

  • Find the Personal Info section and click on the Profile photo.

  • Upload Your Photo and choose a photo from your computer.

  • Scroll down and click Save.

Delete Pet Profile Photos

Your Pet Profile account must have a profile photo. Instead of deleting it, you can update it with a new one. Here’s how:

Click on your Profile icon in the upper right corner, then select Account.Find the My Pets section and click on the Pet Profile photo.Upload your Pet photo and choose a photo from your computer.Scroll down and click Save.To delete a photo from your pet’s album, follow these steps:Click on your Profile icon in the upper right corner, then select Account.Find the My Pets section and click on your pet’s name.Scroll down to the Pet’s Album and upload photos of your pet.Hover over the photo you want to delete and click the trash bin icon when it appears.
