A service is booked once you’ve paid and your carer has accepted the request. Not sure if it’s booked yet? Here’s how to check

Confirmation Email

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.

Floofy Inbox

Any service listed under “Upcoming Stays” or “Past Stays” in your inbox means it’s booked. To find these:

  • Go to your Inbox by selecting the conversation icon.
  • Choose either “Upcoming Stays” or “Past Stays”.

If the service isn’t in those sections, check the “Pending Requests” or “Archived Requests.”

If it’s there, the service hasn’t been booked yet, which means you still need to pay or the carer needs to accept the booking.
