Managing your payment details on Floofy is secure and easy. You can do it directly from your profile.

Add a Card

  1. Log in and go to the Payment Methods section of your account.
  2. Click Add Credit Card, then enter your card details.
  3. Once done, select Add Card.

You can add more than one card by repeating the process.

Update or Remove a Card

You can only remove a card if you have more than one saved on your account. Also, you must keep a valid card if you have an active booking.

To edit a payment method

  1. Click the pencil icon next to the saved card.
  2. Enter the updated card details.
  3. Click Update Card.

To remove a card

Click the trash icon next to the card you wish to remove.

To set your default payment method

  1. Click the radio button next to the card you want to set as your default.
  2. Click Set Default Payment Method.

You can also add a new card during the payment process when booking a service.
