Pet profiles help your carer to care for your pet by providing important information, like vet contacts, daily care instructions, and your pet’s habits.
Filling out your pet’s profile completely ensures your carer can take great care of your pet while you’re away.
Create a New Pet Profile
The more details you give, the better your carer will understand your pet’s needs. For example:
- Vague: Buddy sometimes has a hard time when I’m away.
- Detailed: Buddy has separation anxiety, but his anti-anxiety wrap helps calm him.
How to create a new pet profile
On the Mobile Web
- Tap Profile at the bottom of the mobile page.
- Tap Account at the top of the page.
- Tap on My pets.
- Add a Pet.
- Upload a photo of your pet and fill out the sections (Pet Details, Additional Info, Care Info, and Veterinary Info).
- Tap Save when you’re done.
On the Floofy Website
- Sign in and click your icon in the upper right corner.
- Select Account from the dropdown menu.
- Click Add Pet.
- Fill out each section and click Save Pet.
