If your name has changed legally (like after marriage or a court order) or if you made a typo, submit a help request by clicking “Contact Us” at the bottom of any Help Center page. We’ll update your account and profile for you.
Important: If you’re a carer and have completed an identity verification check, please include a copy of an official name-change document with your request.
This document should prove your name change and can be one of the following:
- Government-issued ID (like a driver’s license)
- Marriage license
- Court order
