Need to change a booking? Here’s how to update dates or add pets
Contact Your Carer
- Sign in to your Floofy account and click on the conversation icon to go to your Inbox.
- Go to the Upcoming Stays tab and choose the booking you want to change.
- Send your carer a message with the details of the changes first, then, if they agree, you can update the booking.
Note: If you’re adding a new pet, make sure they have a Floofy pet profile.
Accepting the Changes
- Once you update the booking, your carer will get an email and they will have 24 hours to accept the changes.
- On the Mobile Web, the carer should go to their Inbox, find the modified booking, and tap Accept to confirm.
- On the Website, your carer should sign in, review the changes, and click Accept to confirm.
Price Adjustments
- If the changes increase or decrease the cost, you’ll see the changes under the Payment details.
