Once you’ve found the perfect carer, contacted them, and had a Meet & Greet, you’re ready to book. Here’s how to do it

On the Web

  1. Go to your Inbox by clicking the conversation icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. Find the conversation with the carer under pending requests.
  3. You can click Book Now or open the conversation to review the details first. Check the booking details (dates, number of pets, and price), then enter or review your payment. If you have a promo code, click Enter promo code.
  4. Click Request to Book.

Once the carer accepts, your booking is confirmed. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and the booking will appear in the Upcoming Stays tab.

Your card will be charged when you book, and the carer will be paid five working days after the service ends.

On Mobile

  1. Tap Inbox at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Under Pending, tap the request you want to book.
  3. Tap Book at the top of the screen.
  4. Enter your credit card information and tap Next.
  5. Enter your billing address and tap Add Card.
  6. If you have a promo code, tap Redeem.
  7. Review the details, then tap Request to Book.

Important

  • If you change your request (adding dates or pets), your card will be charged the updated rate. The original charge will appear as pending but will be cancelled once the new charge is processed.
  • To make changes to a booking, contact your carer directly, and they can edit the booking from their Floofy account.

Note: Always book and pay through Floofy to ensure you’re covered by our Guarantee. Never pay carers in cash or by cheque, as it could expose you to fraud.
