How do I reset my password?

Learn how to reset your password on the Floofy Website with these simple steps to regain access to your account.

To reset your password on the Floofy Website:

Go to Floofy.com and and click your icon in the upper right corner.
Click Sign Up in the dropdown menu.
Click on “Forgot your Password?” below the Sign Up button.
Enter your email address and click Submit.
Check your email for a message from express@floofy.com. Click the link in the email or copy and paste it into your browser.
Enter your new password twice (once to create it and once to confirm it) and click Change My Password.
You’re all set! Next time you sign in, use your new password.

Note: If you’re currently signed in, log out first by clicking on your Profile avatar in the upper right corner and selecting Log out.

Note: If you don’t get a password reset email, your Floofy account might be linked to a different email. Try using any other email addresses you may have, and contact us if you still can’t reset it.
