Reviews are a key part of the Floofy community as they help other pet owners learn about a carer’s strengths and experiences.

Here’s how the review process works:

  • You have 3 weeks after a booking ends to leave a review.
  • Your carer can also leave feedback about your pet during the same time window.
  • Neither of you will see the other’s feedback until both reviews are submitted or the 3-week period ends.

To leave a review after a stay, follow these steps:

On your mobile

  • Tap Inbox at the bottom of your screen.
  • Tap the mailbox icon in the top left corner.
  • Select Past.
  • Tap Leave a Review.
  • Choose a star rating, write your review, then tap Submit Review.

On the web

  • Go to your Inbox by selecting the conversation icon in the top right corner.
  • Select Past Bookings.
  • Click Review This Booking.
  • Follow the prompts to leave your review, commenting on safety, communication, and the care environment.
  • Click Submit Review. You’re all set!
