How do I use coupons, promo codes, and gift cards?

Learn how to use coupons, promo codes, and gift cards on Floofy during payment and account setup.

Great! You’ve got a coupon. Here’s how to use it on Floofy. Coupons and promo codes can be applied during the payment step when booking a service.

You can also add a promo code to your account for later use. Here’s how:

Go to your dashboard by clicking your name in the top right corner of the screen and select Dashboard.
Click Apply Promo Code.
Enter your promo code and click Redeem.

Things to Remember:

Even if you’re using a promo code that covers the full cost of the booking, Floofy still requires you to enter your credit card details to confirm the booking. Don’t worry, your card won’t be charged if the promo covers everything.
Most offers and promotions are for new Floofy pet owners only, and there’s usually a limit of one promo code per household.
