Carers set their own rates on Floofy, so the total cost will depend on the service, the carer’s rates, and your specific needs.

Each service has a standard daily rate, which is the base price. Depending on your needs, carers may charge additional rates, which will be added to the total booking cost.

Here’s a list of common additional rates:

  • Peak Rate (for busy times, like holidays)
  • Additional Pet Rate (if you have more than one pet)
  • Puppy Rate (for pets under one year old)
  • Pick-Up and Drop-Off Rate (if the carer collects and returns your pet)

Viewing Additional Rates

To see a carer’s standard and additional rates:

  • Go to their profile, either from the search or from your inbox.
  • Under their photos, on the right, you’ll find a list of their standard rates.
  • Select Additional Services & Rates for a full breakdown.

Peak Rates

Carers may charge higher rates during busy periods, like holidays. If your booking overlaps with a holiday, the peak rate applies to the entire booking. For example, if your booking runs from 20th to 26th December, the peak rate will cover part or all those dates.

Puppy Rate

Caring for puppies under one year old may cost extra due to the special attention they require.

Pick-Up and Drop-Off Rate

Some carers offer pick-up and drop-off services for an additional fee.
