You can easily add another pet to a stay or walk. Here’s how to do it

Adding a Pet to Your Floofy Account

Before adding a pet to a booking, you’ll need to create a profile for them if you haven’t already:

  • Go to your Dashboard or Profile by selecting your name in the top-right corner.
  • Select Add pet.
  • Complete your pet’s profile, including photos.
  • Click Save.

Floofy Tip: The more details you provide, the better your carer will understand your pet’s needs, making the booking smoother for everyone.

Adding a Pet to a Service Before Booking

  • Open your Inbox by clicking the conversation icon in the top-right corner.
  • Under Pending Requests, select the relevant conversation.
  • In the grey details box, click Modify request.
  • Tick the box next to the pet you want to add.
  • Click Save. The price will automatically adjust.
  • Select Book it Now.

Adding a Pet to a Service After Booking

If you need to add a pet after confirming a booking, message your carer through Floofy to ask if they can accommodate the extra pet. If they agree, they will modify the booking.

Once the carer updates the booking, you’ll need to re-confirm it. Check here for details on how to confirm changes.
