You can easily adjust your service dates, pets or number of walks/drop-ins per day through the Pending Requests section of your account.

On Mobile Web

  • Open the request.
  • Tap the Modify button.
  • Make your changes, then tap Save at the bottom of the screen.

On the Website

  • Select the request you want to edit from your Pending Requests folder.
  • In the Payment Details box on the right, click Modify request.
  • Make adjustments, then click the green Request Confirmation button to save your changes.

Modifying a Partially Confirmed Request

If the carer hasn’t confirmed the booking, the pet owner can still make changes to the request (this won’t cancel the booking):

  • Go to Pending Requests and find the request you need to modify.
  • Open the service details and click Modify to update the details.
  • Select Save to finish.

After Booking

If the booking is already confirmed and you need to change the dates, contact your carer via Floofy Messages. If they agree, the carer can cancel the booking.
