Yes, it’s free to create a Floofy account as a pet owner. However, once you start earning money by providing pet care services, you’ll keep 95% of your earnings from each booking.
The fees taken from your rate help cover:
- The Floofy Guarantee, which helps protect pets.
- Your access to the Floofy platform to connect with pet owners and manage your services.
- Floofy’s marketing and promotions to attract more pet owners.
- Dedicated emergency support, including a team of safety experts.
- VAT (if you’re not registered for VAT).
Note: If you are registered for VAT, the fees will exclude VAT, and you’ll be responsible for reporting it to the tax authorities.
