Booking a pet carer through Floofy is always cashless and easy. Your carer sets their own rates, and your credit card is charged when you book. If you’d like to give them a tip, you’re welcome to, but it’s never expected or required. Please note that tipping through the platform is not available yet.

How to leave a review:
- Go to your Inbox by clicking the conversation icon in the top-right corner of your screen.
- Select Past Bookings.
- Click Review this booking.
- Rate your carer from one to five stars and write your review. The review is public and will appear on their profile.
