The favourites feature lets you bookmark profiles of carers so you can easily find them later. It’s like having your own contact book for carers. This feature is helpful for:

• Comparing different carers.
• Keeping track of your favorite profiles.

Adding a sitter to your favorites

From the search page or the carer’s profile, click the heart icon to add them to your favourites.

To see all your favourite sitters, go to your Dashboard and look for the Your Favourites section.

Where to find your favorites

If you don’t have any favourites yet, this section will appear empty on your Dashboard. Follow the steps above to add sitters to your favorites.

• Click your Profile avatar in the upper right corner.
• Click on Account.
• Select Your Favourites.
• Click the carer’s tile you want to view or contact.

Removing a carer from your favourites

• Click your Profile avatar in the upper right corner.
• Click on Account.
• Find Your Favourites section
• On the carer’s profile, click the heart icon to remove them from your favourites.
