  1. Communicating through Floofy: To keep your identity private, Floofy allows its users to communicate through its internal chat both before and after a service is booked. Sometimes, when setting up an introductory meeting, a carer or pet owner may choose to share their address or phone number to arrange an in-person meeting.
  2. Privacy After Booking: Even after a service is booked, Floofy has strict policies in place. A carer’s address will only be shown if the service is happening at the carer’s home.
