Here are some simple guidelines we ask everyone to follow:
- Be Kind and Respectful: Treat others how you’d like to be treated.
- Share Your Experience: Speak based on your own experience.
- Keep It Appropriate: Ensure your content is suitable for all audiences.
Floofy’s Review Policy
- You can review any service booked on Floofy after the care has been completed by your chosen carer.
- You have 3 weeks after the booking ends to leave a review.
- Your carer can also leave feedback about your pet(s) after each booking and has the same timeframe to do so.
- You won’t see their feedback (and they won’t see yours) until both of you have submitted your reviews or the 3-week window has closed.
- We take claims of mistreatment seriously, and any such reviews may lead to an investigation by our support team.
We do not allow:
- Reviews that don’t reflect personal experiences.
- Content that violates the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights (e.g., sharing someone else’s personal details without permission).
- Threats or illegal actions.
- Content unrelated to the booking (e.g., political, religious, or social comments).
- Reviews used as a means of extortion.
- Obscene language.
Floofy encourages open communication and typically does not censor or edit reviews. However, we reserve the right to remove any reviews or responses that break this policy or our Terms of Service.
