Although it doesn’t happen often, a conversation on Floofy might sometimes make you feel uneasy. If this occurs, please let us know by reporting it. Here are some examples of inappropriate conversations:

  • Payment Outside of Floofy: If someone suggests that you pay in person instead of through the Floofy platform, do not agree. Safety and security are essential, and paying through Floofy is the only way to ensure your account is secure and that your booking is protected by the Floofy Guarantee and dedicated emergency support.
  • Requests for Personal Information: You should never feel pressured to share personal details like your full name, email address, phone number, or home address before confirming a booking.
  • Threatening Language: Always report messages that make you feel uncomfortable or threatened.
  • Recruitment for Private Services: Only services booked through Floofy qualify for our guarantee, emergency support, access to veterinary advice, and other resources to help carers grow their business.
