Your card is charged when you book, similar to booking a flight. You might see a temporary charge, but it will disappear within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.
Floofy holds the payment and releases it to your carer two days after the service is completed.
Important: Booking and paying through Floofy is required, as per our Terms of Service. Never pay by cash or bank transfer, this could lead to fraud and make your booking ineligible for the Floofy Guarantee.
