For privacy reasons, Floofy doesn’t show a carer’s contact details until you’ve made a booking.
If you’re chatting with a carer but haven’t booked yet, they might share their phone number and address with you, especially for your first booking.
To start a chat, go to the carer’s profile and click Contact.
After Booking
Once you’ve booked and paid, you can find the carer’s contact info on the itinerary.
You’ll get a confirmation email with the details, and you can also see it in the Upcoming Stays tab in your inbox.
If you’ve booked Boarding or Day Care, you’ll see their Floofy their address.
If you booked House Sitting, Dog Walking, or Drop-In Visits, only their phone number will be shown.
